A well‑established construction and property servicespany based in Liverpool is seeking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple projects across the region.This role will involve managing projects from pre‑construction through to practicalpletion, coordinating internal teams and supply chain partners to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.The Role

End‑to‑end management of construction and property‑related projects

Coordination of site teams, subcontractors and consultants

Programming, planning and monitoring project progress

Managing project budgets, cost control and reporting alongside themercial team

Client liaison and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle

Ensuringpliance with health & safety, contractual and quality standards

Managing risk, change control and problem resolution
