Job Description:

• Overall site planning, coordination and management to ensure completion of works within required standards, quality and targeted schedules.

• Work closely with management team to establish and control project budget, claims and manpower planning.

• Follow quality control policies to ensure all works are carried out in accordance with specifications, standards, quality guidelines, safety regulations on site and contractual obligations.

• Responsible for integrating the efforts of all contributors on the projects.

• Follow up on contracts administration, construction claims and contractual issues.

• Preparation and execution of Project Implementation Plan and Project Quality Plan.
