Archibat HR is looking for a Project Manager for a well respected architectural design studio for their Dubai office.
You will be the primary leader responsible for our client relationships and the overall success of our architectural projects. Your success will be measured by client satisfaction, quality of work, project profitability, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the main point of contact for the client and project team, ensuring clear communication and resolving issues promptly.
- Lead projects from initial concept through to final construction documents, overseeing budgeting, scheduling, and planning.
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, fees, schedules, and contracts with clients and consultants.
