Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of construction projects
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress, cost control, and quality standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings
- Review and approve drawings, RFIs, reports, change orders, and invoices
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and authorities
