Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all phases of interior projects from initial concept to final handover ensuring adherence to budget and timeline constraints.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, proactively identifying and mitigating potential delays, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Holds a minimum of 5 years of experience in interior construction project management.
