Description
The Project Manager leads cross-functional capital and process improvement initiatives at the Rutherglen site, supporting safe, reliable, and cost-effective manufacturing operations.
Lead capital, process improvement, and new product improvement projects from initiation through close-out.Research and define capital projects to sustain, modernize, and improve plant operations.Develop detailed cost estimates to support annual and long-range capital budgeting.Supervise capital project execution ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to specification.Manage RFQs, vendor selection, contractor coordination, commissioning, and start-ups.Ensure all contractors comply with CFP’s Contractor Safety Program and site safety rules.Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations.Support Mainte...
