Project Manager – Fit Out

We are recruiting a Project Manager - Fit Out for one of our clients in the civil engineering industry based in Dubai, UAE.

Our client is a leading Dubai-based civil engineering company delivering high-quality construction and fit-out projects across commercial and infrastructure sectors, with extensive experience in civil works, building construction, and MEP integration, providing end-to-end solutions including design coordination, project management, and execution, and maintaining strong standards of safety, quality, and compliance with UAE regulations.

• Conduct initial surveys to check existing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), ceiling heights, floor levels, and any asbestos or structural issues.
• Liaise with building management, landlords, security, and neighboring tenants regarding access, noise hours, lift usage, and waste disposal.
