+ Manage multiple mechanical projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-compliant installation.
+ Negotiate and prepare vendor and subcontractor purchase orders.
+ Evaluate submittals to ensure they reflect contract drawings and specifications.
+ Order and arrange the delivery of necessary materials.
+ Prepare and monitor project schedules using Microsoft Project.
