Opportunity Description
- Lead Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) including kick-offs, stand-ups, retrospectives, and 1:1s.
- Manage project intake ensuring alignment with marketing goals and business priorities.
- Build and manage timelines, milestones, risks, and resource plans using defined metrics.
- Allocate resources effectively, optimizing team bandwidth and productivity.
- Drive process improvements to enhance workflows, delivery efficiency, and operations.
- Prioritize workstreams, adapt to shifting demands, and maintain delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership for seamless execution and communication.
- Track progress via PM tools (Smartsheet – plus), and provide regular status reporting.
- Proactively resolve project blockers and escalate risks when required.
- Ensure clear project scope, requirements, and expectations are defined upfront.
- Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in project management; PMP required.
