- Project Overview & Core Mandate
A global payroll solution is being deployed vendor across all regional subsidiaries. The PM leads the full project lifecycle, focusing on governing critical integrations between vendor and internal core systems: Workday (HCM & master data) and Kyriba (treasury & payroll payment posting) etc,. Key scope includes full schedule control, multi-country phased rollout, vendor delivery governance and group compliance final sign-off.
