Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Develop project execution plans, construction schedules, and work breakdown structures.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities to obtain approvals and permits.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams including engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal departments.
• Conduct regular progress and coordination meetings to ensure alignment of goals.
• Prepare project budgets and cost estimates in collaboration with QS teams.
• Monitor expenses, progress claims, variation orders (VOs), and change requests.
• Implement cost control measures and ensure financial efficiency throughout the project.
• Oversee day‑to‑day site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved plans and specifications.
