Project Manager

Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a senior construction role (preferably in semiconductor FAB industry)

Proven track record in managing complex construction projects within timeline, budget, and quality standards

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, technologies, and regulations

Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and conflict‑resolution skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders

Proficient in project management tools and software

Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
