Key Responsibilities
- Assist in project execution, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Track timelines, deliverables, and vendor coordination
- Support Key Account Managers with internal communication and documentation
- Prepare meeting notes, project status updates, and basic reports
- Ensure smooth communication between sales, creative, sourcing, and logistics teams
