Job Description
- Manages the project staff according to the established policies and practices of the organization
- Monitors and communicates the progress of the project to the immediate supervisor and client
- Reviews project plans and proposals, and works with management to develop project objectives
- Identifies project responsibilities by determining the phases and elements of the project
- Prepares and distributes a description and timeline of the project
