Project Manager - Manpower Planning & Budgeting System

Lead the implementation and post-implementation support of the Manpower Planning & Budgeting System (MPBS) for the organization. Support long-term workforce planning, budgeting analytics, and system integration across the institutions within the Manpower Planning team.

• Lead end-to-end implementation of the MPBS under COE guidance
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Coordinate requirements gathering across the institutions and stakeholders
• Oversee system configuration, customization, and integration with existing HR systems - SAP SuccessFactors
• Manage vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and escalations
