Overseeing and managing a variety of projects from the investment portfolio. Your role encompasses full accountability for each project, from initial definition to operational handover, while adhering to a structured, phased approach. Ensuring Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards are integrated into design and execution phases. Defining and developing the project scope through a phased process. Establishing project schedules and ensuring adherence to timelines. Estimating project costs and maintaining accurate cost reporting.
