Project Manager

1. Purpose of Job or Functionality:

The role is for a Project Manager supporting the Hyland OnBase conversion project integrated with Epic. The manager explained that the organization is currently executing Wave 2 of the rollout and preparing for Wave 3 conversions, which are already initiated. Around 20 systems are being converted into Hyland OnBase with Epic integration planned for a November 2026 go-live.



The selected candidate will primarily manage:

• Document conversion activities


• Vendor coordination


• Resource management


• Project tracking and execution


• Leadership reporting


• Due diligence activities for future conversion waves
