Position: Manager – Project Management

Reporting to: Associate Director – CDMO Pharma
Role Purpose
The Manager – Project Management will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of CDMO pharmaceutical projects, from laboratory development through scale-up, commercial manufacturing, and final delivery to the client. The role requires strong project coordination, client management, cross-functional leadership, and financial oversight to ensure timely delivery with required quality and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Ownership & Execution
Manage CDMO projects from laboratory development to commercial supply and client delivery.
Develop and track project plans, timelines, milestones, and critical dependencies.
Coordinate with R&D, Analytical, QA/QC, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commercial teams.
