• Healthcare sector experience
• Experience with both Project Management and Leadership roles (ability to manage multiple responsibilities)
• This person will need to be adaptable (at times working as a PM and at other times engaging directly in operational work)
• Strong communication skills and ability to listen to others
• Experience collaborating with executives, individual contributors, sub-contractors etc.
• Certifications are a plus
