About the role

Eurovision Services is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager (Operational Excellence) to become part of our Operations Team in Madrid, Spain. As a Project Manager (Operational Excellence), you will be responsible for driving the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multidisciplinary projects designed to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance across the organization. You will ensure disciplined execution of the projects, following the guidance and governance of the Corporate Transformation Office. Beyond leading Operational Excellence projects and workstreams, you will also provide strategic support to the Chief Operating Officer, contributing to the prioritization of initiatives, the structuring of key decisions, and the reduction of operational pressure within the function.
