Project Manager

Leads the design and technical delivery of real estate development projects from concept to completion. The position coordinates with internal teams and consultants to ensure designs meet business goals, budgets, and regulations, while supporting construction to deliver high quality projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Licensed Architect
• Experience in architectural design and delivery of real estate development projects
• Strong understanding of design standards, and construction practices
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
