Minimum Requirements

• Candidate must have a minimum BSc, Beng or BTech qualification in the Built environment degree.
• Project Management related qualification will be an added advantage.
• Post grad in Project Management, Business or Legal related studies will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience, with at least 5 years' experience in complex building and/or infrastructure projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Good knowledge of and experience in the built environment, planning processes, statutory approval processes in the obtaining of development rights; government policies, leading and managing multi-disciplinary professional teams including mentoring of junior staff members, compilation and submission of tenders and proposals.
