Position Overview
In this customer-facing role you’ll define and lead strategic initiatives with multi-variable challenges and significant business impact. You’ll execute SOW, proactively partner with clients to define success, build alignment across internal departments, define project standards and methodologies, identify risks and proactively manage expectations of senior stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of critical client projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Execution
- Own full delivery lifecycle for assigned projects: scoping, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilisation.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, daily and weekly reporting.
- Establish governance cadence (stand-ups, steering committees, sprint reviews).
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure dependencies are managed and deliverables are met.
