POSITION: PROJECT MANAGER & PERSONAL ASSISTANT (BILINGUAL)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Oversight: Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful execution.
- Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the principal, managing schedules, correspondence, and confidential tasks.
- Communication Link: Facilitate trilingual communication across project teams and stakeholders (Chinese/English/Tagalog).
- Operational Efficiency: Proactively identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to keep projects and administrative tasks on track.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Language Proficiency: Chinese, English, and Tagalog.
- Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced professional environment.
