Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project and provide timely updatesDeliver project on time, to budget and to other agreed criteria within corporate guidelines including the client’s requirementsRepresent company to lead projectsMotivate and lead team in executing and completing projects successfully with management’s desired end-resultExecute project innovatively with better methodologies in time and cost managementResponsible for all site mattersEnsure compliance with all governmental and building regulationsAny other ad-hoc duties as assigned
