Job Title: Project Manager (Main Contractor – Industrial Building) Job Purpose
The Project Manager is responsible for overall execution and delivery of construction works on behalf of the main contractor, ensuring the project is completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities 1. Overall Project Execution (Main Contractor Role)- Lead and manage all site construction activities
- Plan construction sequence based on contract schedule
- Coordinate all subcontractors under the main contract
- Ensure proper deployment of manpower, equipment, and materials
- Develop and update master construction programme
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly site progress
