Project Management & Leadership

• Serve as the single point of contact for the Government (COR).


• Oversee daily operations of Sterile Processing Services (SPS).


• Ensure full coverage for all assigned tours of duty.


• Supervise and monitor Medical Supply Technicians (Sterile Processing Services).


• Conduct quality control inspections across all shifts.


• Maintain compliance with federal, VA, OSHA, and infection control standards.


• Ensure personnel sign in/out daily and maintain proper documentation.
