Project Manager

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Japanese language proficiency to manage end-to-end project delivery for Japan-based clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background (Java or AI technologies), proven project management experience, and the ability to effectively communicate with Japanese stakeholders while leading cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to successful delivery Serve as the primary point of contact between Japanese clients and internal teams Communicate, translate, and interpret requirements ( Japanese ↔ English ) Lead client discussions, technical conversations, and project reviews in Japanese Prepare and manage project plans, schedules, estimations, SOW, and delivery notes Track project progress, risks, dependencies , and ensure timely delivery Handle multiple projects in parallel and ensure alignment with scope, timeline, and budget Coordinate with cross...
