Project Manager, WWGS Marketing Operations - Packaging

The Project Manager drives end-to-end project management for Private Brands packaging projects, owning the roadmaps, milestones, deliverables, and timelines that keep packaging design work moving forward. This role sits at the intersection of cross-functional collaboration and quality assurance—partnering with stakeholders across Whole Foods Market and Amazon to define business requirements, surface risks early, and ensure leadership has clear visibility into progress and status. A critical focus is label compliance, where this role coordinates final reviews for accuracy, consistency, and conformance to Amazon standards across all claims, product copy, instructions, and net weight, while also facilitating third-party approvals through vendors, organic certification agencies, and other certification bodies.
