Who we are

Founded in 1996, forumZFD is an international non‑profit organisation working in 13 countries across Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. It supports civil society actors engaged in non‑violent conflict transformation through advisory work, joint projects, and advocacy for sustainable peace.

In the Philippines, forumZFD has been active in Mindanao since 2008, with offices in Davao, Butuan, and Cotabato. Its work focuses on addressing root causes of conflict through capacity development, dialogue, advocacy, and public engagement. Its programs address the root causes of conflict, including economic, social, and cultural marginalisation, through capacity development, advocacy, dialogue facilitation, networking, and public awareness.
