Job Description

• In coordination with Architect III, Architect IV, and the Division’s Officer-in-Charge, the Project Officer shall lead the development of the project’s initial vision, plan and design concept including establishing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• They shall also conduct studies to assess the site condition, obtaining necessary permits and approval, processing procurement documents and ensuring that the project is in compliance with applicable standards and other relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.
• The Project Office shall be responsible in coordinating efforts across various disciplines, assisting the supervision of the project and overseeing the entire process throughout project completion.
