Overview
Lutron has an immediate opening for a Project Sales Manager to join our team in Singapore. This key role is responsible for driving sales execution across hospitality, MDU, and complex commercial projects, owning the full project lifecycle from early design engagement and specification through to deal closure.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales for assigned hospitality, MDU and complex commercial projects from opportunity qualification to order placement
- Lead specification-led selling during project design and pre-tender stages
- Execute approved pricing strategies, value engineering and project scope alignment
- Drive timely deal progression and successful closure of assigned projects
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key external project stakeholders
