Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist manager in preparing and providing sales quotation and respond to enquiries and supervision at project site.
- To communicate & coordinate with Sales/ Production team, clients, vendors and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure clients’ requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Attend site meeting if required.
- Ensure that staff carry out their work in a safe manner.
- Conduct project site inspection on a regular basis.
- Responsible for monitoring the daily process and progress at the project site.
- To assist manager in work sheet preparation and work distribution
- To conduct work inspection, arrange defect rectification work and to ensure timely delivery and installation works.
