To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an IT Project Specialist located in Guadalajara, North . Reporting to the Program Administrator, the role involves working on Project Management following the AIM methodology, presenting to executives, working with groups across the region, and managing a project management tool.
Typical day- Ensure the project management life cycle
- Present the different projects
- Execute presentation with executives to obtain approvals
- Coordinate resources from different teams (local, regional, or global)
- Coordinate efforts with Customer IT
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience
- Ability to present projects
- Ability to negotiate
- Strong and clear communication with the team
