Project Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily on-site CME activities, including tower erection, foundation works, electrical installations, and related civil works.
• Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and workers to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Monitor manpower, tools, equipment, and materials for efficient utilization.
• Implement and enforce safety, quality, and environmental standards at the site.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, project plans, and technical specifications.
• Ensure timely completion of work in line with project schedules.
• Provide troubleshooting support and immediate solutions to on-site technical challenges.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship meets company and client standards.
• Serve as the primary liaison between site workers, subcontractors, and the project management team.
