Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information and demonstrations.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff.
• Represent the brand positively and professionally at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized display area.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights.
• Participate in product training and development programs.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beauty industry.
