Overview
You will play a key role within Kruger’s Real Estate Department team. This position combines responsibilities related to operational accounting, bookkeeping, preparation of financial statements, and financial analyses related to real estate projects. It is a versatile and less conventional role, intended for a professional with a strong accounting background who is also comfortable with financial and analytical concepts within an active and diversified real estate project environment.
Accountabilities
General and Financial Accounting
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for the real estate entities under your responsibility
- Prepare and record monthly accounting entries (month‑end close, accruals, amortization, bank entries, etc.)
