The Finance Department at The Salvation Army NZ Headquarters supports the organisation’s mission by delivering reliable finance and accounting services that enable sound decision‑making. The team partners with leaders to help them understand financial performance, position, and viability, including the drivers behind budget and forecast variances. It provides expertise across financial management, operations, systems, and the coordination of budgeting and forecasting processes.
