Opportunity Description
Summerset by the Lake is looking to recruit an experienced Grounds Person & Property Assistant to join our Property team. Summerset is the third largest retirement village operator in New Zealand. We're passionate about providing quality service to our clients and we are growing quickly, with 21 villages from Warkworth down to Dunedin.
In this role, you will assist the Property Manager with all aspects of grounds work and some property maintenance at our Taupo village. A key aspect of the role will be managing our extensive lawn areas. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about their work, enjoy working in a team and take considerable pride in the standard of their work.
Turf qualifications are not essential. We will provide you with all the necessary training.
