Property Claims Specialist

This role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial property claims, ensuring a high standard of customer service and efficient claims resolution throughout the process.

As a Property Claims Specialist, you will manage a portfolio of property claims from lodgement through to settlement, ensuring claims are handled in line with industry best practices and compliance requirements. You will play a key role in investigating claims, assessing coverage, establishing reserves, negotiating settlements, and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, customers, and stakeholders.
