Opportunity Description
JOB SUMMARY:
To provide comprehensive administrative and operational support in the management of the residential, commercial, and retail portfolio. The Property Executive will focus on the end-to-end leasing cycle, tenant relationship management, and ensuring 100% regulatory compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:The responsibilities and accountabilities include but are not limited to:
Leasing & Revenue Management- Leasing Cycle: Manage the full leasing process, including property viewings, lead qualification, and negotiating lease terms under the guidance of the Portfolio Manager.
- Tenancy Renewals: Proactively manage the renewal calendar; initiate contact with tenants 90 days prior to expiry to negotiate terms in accordance with the RERA Rental Index.
