Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and dependable Field Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations for our properties. This is a highly mobile role that requires significant time on the road, interacting with tenants, and ensuring our units are move‑in ready.

Responsibilities

• Unit Viewings: Meet with prospective tenants on‑site to showcase properties and answer basic questions.
• Documentation : Handle the pickup, delivery, and signing of lease agreements and other essential paperwork.
• Move‑in/Move‑out Coordination : Conduct unit inspections, turnover keys, and document the condition of the property during transitions.
• Property Upkeep : Occasional visits to check on unit maintenance status or coordinate with service providers.
