YOUR ROLE

As part of the winning Property Legal Team reporting to the top-notch Property Partner, you will love the autonomy+ challenge+ satisfaction of running your own conveyancing files (predominantly residential high end developments/off-the plan+ some commercial property) +assisting with other interesting property work. In particular, you will be:

• liaising with clients/solicitors/banks, preparing sale contracts/other property related documents and correspondence, attending settlement and finalising post-settlement matters including registration;
• assisting with commercial/retail leases+ property planning/development/construction work.
