The role

Joining a smart and busy property team, this is a broad property role involving a wide range of matters, including developments, sales and acquisitions, leasing and ancillary commercial dealings.
 
You will assist in the preparation and negotiation of purchase documents, sale contracts, documentation and property developments and subdivisions. You will also work on leases have access to some front end construction. The firm will encourage you to provide strategic and commercial advice, and to work closely with clients from the inception of their ideas through to the point of realisation.
