You’ll be joining the team as a 3–5 PQE Property Litigation Solicitor, and it’s essential that you bring solid experience in long leasehold matters and landlord and tenant disputes. The role requires someone confident handling a varied caseload, including service charge disputes, breach of covenant issues, forfeiture, and general leasehold management work, alongside widermercial and residential landlord and tenant litigation.
