Property Maintenance Coordinator

About the Role

Reporting to the Property Manager, you’ll carry out general property maintenance across Pact’s properties. The role involves a wide range of hands on tasks, problem solving, and working with staff and contractors to ensure high quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete general property repairs and maintenance

• Ensure all Pact’s properties are maintained to a high standard

• Provide property maintenance and advice as necessary

• Oversee completion of work by contractors as required

• Maintain tools, equipment, and safe work practices

• Report issues promptly and support compliance requirements

• Work collaboratively with service coordinators and managers
