Property Manager / Building Manager (on site)

This leading onsite management group is looking for an experienced Residential Property Manager, Onsite Property Manager or Building Manager to join their growing team. A diverse role,you will join an experienced and supportive team, sharing in the management of 250 apartments within a select group of luxury, executive buildings. As an Onsite Property Manager, your role will include end-to-end property management including Body Corporate liaison, maintenance management, building management, including grounds and facilities inspection to determine the necessity of repairs, maintenance or cleaning.

A permanent role with onsite parking, you will have the flexibility to work reduced hours or full time, Monday to Friday.
