Property Manager | Full-Time OR Part-Time | $80K +

You’ll be managing approximately 48 furnished apartments, all located onsite—no external travel, no lawns, gardens, or complex upkeep.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end management of a residential portfolio

Leasing, advertising, applications, and lease renewals

Managing tenant and landlord relationships, including escalations and ACAT attendance
