Manage and maintain the assigned property in good condition. Ensure maximum occupancy of rental units at all times and maintain high renewal rate. Oversees completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper move-in/out of tenants. Responsible for timely collection of rent and other charges.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the property in presentable and tenantable condition
• Ensure all units are leased out and advertise vacant units
• Assist tenants for any property-related requests or concerns
• Collection of monthly rental fees and other charges
• Ensure that all utilities are paid on time
