Job Description:

  • As the Property Manager you will be responsible for tenant relations including marketing properties, screening applicants, managing lease agreements, and addressing tenant concerns and requests.
  • Responsible for property maintenance ensuring regular inspections, repairs and maintenance
  • Rresponsible for managing rent collections, managing budgets and reporting
